You always hear, “All you have to do to lose weight is diet and exercise.” “Well that might work for some but for most women it is now enough.”
When a woman loses weight from her waist up and not waist down, her problem is hormonal and not a lack of exercise or failed dieting. It started at puberty, when the estrogen and progestrone became unbalanced.
You probably experienced cramps, bloating, weight gain, changes in your appetite (cravings especially) and changes in your atittude, every month.
